Nail T&C’s


7 day fix policy:

If your nail is now broken or damaged within seven days of your appointment please get in touch with us asap. It is free of charge if we deem the fault a result of our application. Otherwise, there is a small fee per nail plus extra if nail art has been applied.

Timekeeping:

We understand that our clients lead busy lives, so we keep a tight schedule. If you are late for your appointment, we will have less time to provide the service you booked, but we will always do our best to try and accommodate you. However, we may have to offer an alternative service.

We enforce this policy to ensure that the lateness of one client does not negatively impact others. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to fit within the remaining time. If this is not possible, we will have to cancel your appointment, and this will be considered a "no show," resulting in charges.

No show’s and cancellations:

If you fail to show up for your appointment, or if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand, you will be charged the full service fee. If you cannot make it, please contact us directly by phone before your appointment. Please note we do not consider social media messages as an appropriate way to cancel, as we may miss them easily.

Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to making an appointment, as some services may not be appropriate for you.
